Order Processing Time
Processing: All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of placement, excluding Sundays and National Holidays.
Shipping Days: Orders are shipped every day except Sundays and National Holidays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Free Standard Shipping
Estimated Delivery: 2–4 business days from the shipping date (business days exclude Sundays and National Holidays).
Available for all locations served by our partnered couriers.
Remote or Lesser-Served Areas
Shipped via Blue Dart or other reliable logistics partners.
Estimated Delivery: 6–7 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances
We strive for timely delivery, but delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as weather, strikes, or logistics disruptions. In such cases, we request your cooperation and understanding, as Oslet cannot be held liable for such delays.
Order Cancellations
Oslet reserves the right to cancel an order at its discretion if:
- Delivery time exceeds the usual timeframe.
- Shipment becomes physically untraceable or is lost in transit.
In such cases, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: Free on all orders.
- Express Shipping: ₹100 for faster delivery (1–2 business days).
Final shipping fees (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your order via:
- The tracking link in your confirmation email.
- The courier partner’s official website.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. Oslet is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged Packages: Contact us at care@oslet.in within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the damaged product(s) to process a return or replacement.
Lost or Untraceable Packages: Notify us promptly, and our team will assist you in resolving the issue quickly.
