1-Year Replacement Warranty

All Oslet products are covered by a 1-Year Replacement Warranty. If your product has a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace it within the warranty period to ensure you always enjoy the best quality.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only under the following conditions: 
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product is in its original, unused, and undamaged condition, including all accessories and packaging.
  • A copy of the original invoice provided at the time of delivery is included.

Note: Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Products not meeting the above criteria will not be eligible for return or replacement.

Returns for Non-Defective Products

For reasons other than manufacturing defects, returns or exchanges are not accepted. This helps us maintain the highest standards of quality for every Oslet customer.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Contact us with details of the issue and supporting documents (invoice, photos, etc.).
  2. Shipping the Product: Customers may ship the product to our return address. Alternatively, we can arrange a pickup at an additional cost.
  3. Inspection: Once received, the product will be inspected to confirm eligibility.

Timely Refunds or Replacements

Refunds or replacements will be processed within 10–12 working days after return approval.
