Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
- Certain items (used products, damaged due to misuse, or clearance items) may not be eligible for return.
Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share clear images/videos of the product and packaging to help us process your request quickly.
Refunds
- Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Replacement
- Eligible products may be replaced based on availability.
- If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
- Items returned without original packaging or accessories.
