Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
  • Certain items (used products, damaged due to misuse, or clearance items) may not be eligible for return.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear images/videos of the product and packaging to help us process your request quickly.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Replacement

  • Eligible products may be replaced based on availability.
  • If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories.
